Mainstream Mondays VMR - September 21, 2026 - Ground Level Fall

In a patient with a fall. Evaluation of investigations found hyponatremia and an increased anion gap. The final diagnosis was multifactorial hypotonic hyponatremia and mild starvation ketosis.
